Easy Air Fryer

A simple air fryer version of  Japanese fried tofu paired with a tsuyu sauce of dashi, mirin and soy sauce.

Crispy Appetiser!

You will need

Simmer the agedashi tsuyu  sauce ingredients.

Remove as much moisture from the tofu as possible.

Slice the tofu into cubes and wipe dry once more.

Coat each tofu piece in cornstarch or potato starch.

Fry tofu until crispy & golden.

Serve tofu with tsuyu, spring onion, shichimi and bonito flakes.
