How to Make Ramen Eggs


Perfect ramen eggs with runny yolks! Eat with ramen or as a delicious snack!

Super Easy Method

You will need

Gently lower cold egs into boiling water. Boil for 7 minutes.

Cool in ice water for 5-10 minutes to stop them cooking.

Peel eggs and transfer into a small container or dish.

Mix the marinade ingredients and pour over to cover the eggs.

Cover with paper towel and stir once or twice for even colour. Marinate for 1 hr (or overnight).

Slice using a tight string for neat yolks. 

Or use a knife to keep it easy.
