Japanese Potato Salad

With Kewpie Mayo

So easy to make and full of flavour – you won’t want to stop at just one! 

Crispy & Crunchy!

You will need

Boil potatoes until soft. Drain and lightly mash, allow to cool.

Microwave the carrots in water until soft, then drain.

Salt the cucumbers to extract the liquid, then wash and pat dry.

Fry the bacon until crispy, then allow to cool.

Add all ingredients in a bowl with salt, pepper & kewpie mayo.

Stir gently together, garnish with more bacon + kewpie.
