Spicy Braised Tofu
Sweet, savoury and spicy Korean braised tofu. Serve as a side dish or as a main with rice.
Vegan + Ready in 20 mins!
You will need
Drain and pat dry the tofu, then slice into steaks.
Optional: Season tofu with salt and pepper.
Make the spicy seasoning sauce.
Fry the tofu steaks until golden and crispy on the edges.
Top with onion to soften as you fry the other side of the tofu.
Pour in the sauce and fry until liquid evaporates.
