FRIED SPRING ROLLS

With Pork & Shrimp (Cha Gio)

You'll need:

- rice paper sheets - pork mince - prawn/shrimp - shallots - woodear mushrooms - carrot - vermicelli noodles - egg - salt & pepper - soybean oil for frying

Step 1:

Mix together all filling ingredients.

Step 2:

Rub water onto a rice paper sheet.

Step 3:

Place a small handful of filling near one edge of the rice paper.

Step 4:

Fold the paper over the filling. Tuck in the sides and roll up.

Step 5:

Fry until crispy and golden.
