Milk Pie without Filo

Easy galatopita milk pie - no  filo required as it's crustless! Perfect for Easter and other celebrations.


You will need

Add semolina and stir until thick and smooth. Cool for 10 mins.

Meanwhile, make the egg wash.

Quickly stir in the whisked eggs until evenly mixed.

Pour into greased pie dish.

Drizzle with egg wash. Bake 20-30 mins until golden. Serve chilled!
