Easy Salt Sprinkle

You will need

Toast the sesame seeds to bring out their flavour and crunch.

Add salt and continue toasting for a minute.

Use as is OR add water to dissolve the salt and help it bind to the sesame seeds.

The seeds will dry out and become a dusky grey colour - done!

You can grind them in a mortar & pestle or suribachi bowl.
