Japanese Beef Curry

With Curry Roux


Enjoy tender beef and veggies simmered in Japanese beef curry sauce.

Perfect Weeknight Dinner

You will need

Fry the garlic and ginger, add beef and cook until browned.

Remove beef from pan, then fry veggies to seal the edges.

Return beef to pan, add red wine, beef stock & water. Boil then simmer until cooked through.

Add curry roux and stir to melt and thicken curry sauce. 

Stir in Worcestershire sauce.

Serve with sushi rice and enjoy!
