What’s better than a coffee you can drink? Coffee you can eat! It's a light dessert made in advance and ready to impress. 

5 Ingredients

You will need

Mix instant coffee, gelatin, sugar and  boiling water.

Stir until dissolved, then add the cold water.

Pour into individual serving glasses...

Or into a larger dish. Set in fridge for 4-6 hours.

Slice into cubes, then transfer to serving glasses or bowls.

Serve with cream, ice cream, mint, cherry or choc shavings.
