Easy Nabemono (One Pot)

You will need

Simmer the daikon with rice (or rice water) to remove bitterness.

Rinse fish cakes in boiling water to remove excess oil.

Optional: Make edamame skewers for a pop of colour!

Make broth and simmer daikon slices and boiled eggs.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 mins.

Turn off heat, let stand 1 hour for flavours to infuse.
