Mini Mexican Cob Loaf Dips

Easy Party Dip Recipe

Mini Mexican cob loaf rolls with spiced black beans,  corn, avocado and tortilla chips!

Nachos in a Bread Bowl!

You will need

Slice off the top of the mini cob loaf rolls. Pull out the fluffy bread inside and tear into chunks.

Dry fry corn until lightly charred.

Cook black beans with crushed tomatoes and Mexican spice mix. 

Place cooked beans into bread bowls, top with cheese and bake until melted (around 3 mins). 

Top with charred corn, sour cream, salsa, avocado and tortilla chips. 

Dunk and enjoy!
