Dipping Ramen with Miso


Dunk your ramen noodles into a rich broth of miso flavoured tsukemen!

You will need

Cook noodles to packet directions.

Gently fry the spring onions, ginger and garlic.

Add the soy sauce, other seasonings and chicken stock.

Stir in a cornstarch slurry to thicken the broth.

Remove from heat, then dissolve the miso into the broth.

Serve noodles hot or cold, with broth separate, ready to dip!
