Japanese Beef & Potato Stew

This easy Japanese Beef and Potato Stew takes only 20 minutes to cook, perfect with a side of piping hot sushi rice.


You will need

Soak the shirataki noodles in boiling water, then drain.

Fry the beef strips, then pour in the sauce.

Add the veggies and stir through.

Add the shirataki noodles and dashi stock.

Cover with otoshibuta (or homemade foil version), simmer for 10 mins.

Add green beans, cook for a minute before serving.
