Berries and whipped cream in an easy meringue roulade – crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside!

Easy No Bake Dessert

You will need

Whip the egg whites, sugar, vinegar and vanilla into meringue.

Spread out on baking tray and bake until lightly brown.

Whip the cream with caster sugar.

Decorate the baked meringue with cream + fruit.

Roll up and set in fridge for 2-3 hours.

Decorate just before serving!
