No Knead - From Scratch

Get ready to make your own rustic Italian pizza dough with just 15 mins hands on prep.

15 Mins Prep

You will need

Pour cold water, oil, yeast and salt into flour well.

Mix just enough until ingredients combine into into a dough ball.

Add flour underneath to stop it sticking. Score top and rest for 3 hrs.

Cut dough into required portions.

Roll out into thin bases.

Transfer to pan or oiled pizza trays. Rest for a further 1-2 hrs.
