Rolled Lamb Roast
Rolled lamb roast with dukkah crust, minimal prep + bonus gravy recipe.
Easy Roast Recipe!
You will need
Place rolled lamb roast in pan upside down. Baste with olive oil.
Sprinkle top and sides with dukkah.
Roast for 1 hour, then flip and sprinkle with more dukkah.
Add potatoes, onions and carrots. Baste with oil or pan juices, bake for 30 mins.
For a medium roast, remove lamb and set aside to rest. Flip veggies and bake for a further 15 mins.
For a well done roast, leave lamb in. Flip veggies and bake 15 mins. (See recipe for more timings by weight).
