Japanese Red Bean Sticky Rice

No soaking required for this colourful Japanese sticky rice with red beans.

Easy Rice Cooker Method

You will need

Bring adzuki beans to the boil then drain.

Boil again, then simmer for 20 mins to soften.

Cool down for 1 hour but don't drain - keep the liquid!

Rinse the sticky rice 2-3 times until water is clear.

Add beans, cooking liquid and water. Press start!
