Daikon No Nimono

Braised in dashi stock, perfect as an appetiser or side to your favourite Japanese recipes!

You will need

Slice daikon into uniform width disks.

Round out the edges to help hold their shape in the broth.

Slice a cross halfway through each piece.

Simmer in broth (cross side down) for 30 mins to 1 hour.

Optional: Test softness with a skewer.
