Japanese Rice Ball Snacks


You'll need:

- cooked sushi rice - rice seasoning (furikake) - water - salt - nori (optional)

Step 1:

Season the sushi rice with furikake rice seasoning.

Step 2:

Wet your hands and rub with salt to stop the rice sticking.

Step 3:

Take a handful of rice. Squeeze into a triangle shape.

Step 4:

Wrap a strip of nori along the base for decoration and extra flavour!
