Sticky Date Pudding
With Toffee Sauce
Sticky date pudding is a mouth-watering dessert with only 10 minutes prep!
Just Mix, Bake & Serve!
You will need
Soak chopped dates in boiling water with bicarb soda.
Cream sugar and butter, then stir in eggs one at a time.
Fold in self raising flour with a metal spoon.
Pour in the date liquid and mix well.
Pour batter into lined baking dish, then press dates onto the top. Bake 30-45 mins.
Melt butter, brown sugar, cream and vanilla to make the toffee sauce.
Sauce will thicken as it cools.
