Japanese Fried Pork Cutlet

Crispy tonkatsu cooked to perfection in 30 minutes with just 5 main ingredients.

No Deep Frying Required!

You will need

Pound the pork loins to flatten and tenderise.

Mix flour and cornflour / cornstarch. Season with salt and pepper.

Whisk the egg.

Mix panko breadcrumbs with a little oil.

Coat pork loin in seasoned flour...

Then dip in egg...

Then cover generously in panko.

Drizzle with oil then cook for 12 minutes per side.

Slice into thin strips.
