Quick No Roux Method

The quickest, easiest, and most fuss free way to make a quick white sauce.

3 Ingredients - No Lumps!

You will need

Pop butter, flour and milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

Whisk until butter has melted and the sauce  starts to thicken (3 mins).

Add cheddar, Parmesan, chicken stock, nutmeg, salt and pepper

Whisk until cheese has melted and sauce is smooth and thick.
