Deliciously juicy Japanese chicken skewers (negima yakitori) in yakitori sauce.

You will need
Thread chicken and spring onion onto bamboo skewers.
Fry on both sides, then cover and steam. Remove from pan.
Boil the yakitori sauce, return skewers to pan and baste to coat.
