Notes
Filtered Water - For the best flavour use filtered water.
Top with Spice - Cinnamon works well with the smoky flavour profile of hojicha.
Make It Vegan - Use soy, almond or oat milk instead of dairy.
Cold Brew - Add 1 tbsp hojicha per 1 cup water. Steep 6-8 hours or overnight in the fridge to fully develop the flavour.
Iced Hojicha Latte - Serve over ice for a refreshing summer drink.
Make it Fancy - Serve topped with whipped cream, or whip the hojicha itself for a dalgona style latte.
