Japanese Croquettes

Soft and fluffy meat and potato filling, no deep frying required!

Crispy Air Fried Perfection

You will need

Boil, drain, mash the potatoes. Mix in butter, milk, salt & pepper.

Fry the onions and beef mince with soy, sugar and dashi powder.

Stir the beef mixture into the potatoes, cool down in fridge.

Slice into equal portions, form each into croquette shape.

Coat each korokke in mix of flour & corn flour / corn starch.

Coat each korokke in egg... 

Then finally, coat in panko breadcrumbs.

Cook for 7 mins in preheated air fryer. (Optional drizzle with oil for extra golden colour).
