Crispy Thai Spring Rolls

Easy Homemade Recipe

So easy to make and full of flavour – you won’t want to stop at just one! 

Crispy & Crunchy!

You will need

Fry the garlic and chicken mince until cooked.

Add the veggies and fry to soften, then add sauces and seasonings.

Add soaked and drained vermicelli noodles.

Place a spoonful of filling onto one corner of spring roll wrapper.

Fold wrapper over filling and gently squeeze out any air.

Roll up half way.

Fold in the left and right corners. Soften top edge with water.

Roll all the way up to complete your spring roll!

Repeat for remaining spring rolls.

Gently slide spring rolls into oil to deep fry (avoid splashing).

Cook until golden brown and crispy.

Drain on paper towel and serve with dipping sauce(s).
