Easy Beef & Vegetable Bake

Layers of eggplant, zucchini and potato, with beef & red wine sauce and bechamel!

You will need

Moussaka Base - eggplant, zucchini, potatoes, onion - passata - beef mince - red wine - feta - olive oil Cheesy Bechamel Topping - butter - flour - milk - parmesan, shredded cheese - nutmeg

Bake the eggplant and zucchini slices.

Cook the onion and beef mince. Season with salt & pepper.

Fry the potato slices.

Add passata and wine in with beef. Simmer  to reduce.

Add layers of veggies & sauce in baking dish. Crumble feta on top.

Make the easy bechamel sauce.

Pour bechamel over moussaka. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.
