Japanese Burdock & Carrot Stir Fry

Delicious stir fried veggies in a sauce of soy, mirin and sake. Vegan friendly too!

Quick & Easy Stir Fry

You will need

Mix the Japanese seasonings to make the stir fry sauce.

Thinly slice or shave the burdock root and carrot. Soak.

Stir fry the drained veggies in sesame oil.

Pour in half the sauce, stir fry until liquid evaporates.

Add remaining sauce, simmer until sauce reduces.

Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
