Stuffed with cheese, topped with a quick hambāgu sauce, and ready in just 20 mins!

You will need
Soak panko in milk,
stir in grated onion.
Add beef mince and seasonings, mix well.
Form into balls, throw back and forth 10-15 times to remove air.
Optional: Stuff with cheese!
Form into neat patties.
Fry 3 mins per side, then add water, cover and steam.
Remove lid and cook until liquid evaporates.
Deglaze pan with red wine to make the sauce.
