Crispy Thai Pork Stir Fry

Crispy air-fried pork belly tossed with Chinese broccoli - so much flavour!

Wok Tossed to Perfection

You will need

Boil pork in water, vinegar and salt for 5 mins. 

Air fry at 200˚C / 293˚F for 15 mins, flip and cook another 15 mins.

Slice pork into bite size pieces.

Stir fry pork with garlic, chilli flakes and other seasonings. 

Add the Chinese broccoli stems and stir fry to soften. 

Add the Chinese broccoli leaves and stir fry another minute or two until wilted.
