Quick White Onion Pickles

You will need

Chop onions into bite size pieces.

Boil the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water.

Place onions and (optional) chillies in glass jar.

Pour in the hot pickling liquid.

Push down to make sure onions & chillies are covered. 

Seal lid, allow to cool then store in fridge.
