Soft and chewy matcha cookies stuffed with a toasty macadamia crunch. 

Easy to Bake in 10 Mins!

You will need

Dry toast macadamias until lightly charred.

Bloom the matcha until smooth and frothy.

Cream the butter and sugar.

Blend in matcha, miso paste, vanilla and egg. 

Fold in flour and toasted macadamias.

Roll into balls, press flat and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10 mins.
