Spinach & Feta Triangles

Easy Recipe with Puff Pastry

So easy to make, bake and share! Make a big batch and keep some in the freezer.

Lunch, Snack or Appetiser!

You will need

Lightly fry spinach to remove excess moisture.

Add feta, Parmesan and cheddar. Season with salt & pepper.

Slice pastry into quarters. Top with spinach filling.

Fold up into triangles and press edges to seal.

Press edges with a fork for decorative effect. Bake 30 mins until golden brown.
