Chewy ramen noodles in creamy sesame broth with spicy pork mince.

You will need

Fry the pork mince in doubanjiang and other seasonings.

Make the tantanmen soup paste.

Gently heat the soy milk and chicken stock.

Blanch the bok choy in boiling water. Remove and drain.

Then cook the noodles in the same water. Remove and drain.

Pour broth over soup paste, add noodles, pork and bok choy.
