Better than takeout, this easy stir fry is full of caramelised sticky chicken and sweet ginger piled on a bed of rice.

Ready in 30 mins!

You will need

Stir fry the shallots, ginger, lemongrass and turmeric.

Caramelise the sugar and water.

Stir fry the chicken pieces in caramel sauce.

Add the stir fried ginger back into the pan.

Add fish sauce and water, cover and simmer for 10 mins.

Remove lid and stir fry for 5-10 mins to thicken sauce.

Optional: Add Maggi seasoning for extra colour and flavour.
