Try this easy soy milk with classic Vietnamese flavours: original, pandan and peanut.

Easy + No Overnight Soak

You will need

Wash soybeans and drain.

Boil soybeans for 1 min, then soak in the hot water for 30 mins.

Soybeans will increase in size and become easy to squish.

Blend with filtered water.

Strain through cheesecloth or nut milk bag.

Squeeze out as much soy milk as possible.

Use leftover pulp in other recipes or discard.

Boil soy milk with sugar to sweeten. Skim off foam.

Serve plain soy milk hot or cold.

Otherwise, add pandan flavouring...

Or melt in peanut butter!
