Greek Easter Cookies


Koulourakia cookies are light, crumbly and citrusy, made from easy baking staples and so easy to make!


You will need

Cream butter + sugar with lemon zest, vanilla and sumac (optional)

Add eggs, flour and baking powder. Mix  to form a dough.

Knead dough until smooth. Cover then rest for 20 mins.
