You will need

Make the cookie dough infused with cinnamon + currants.

Roll out and cut into circles with cookie cutter or jar.

Make easy 'spirals' by pressing gently with a smaller jar.

Transfer to baking tray and bake for 15 mins.

Melt the white chocolate, stir in red food dye drops.

Top biscuits with pink chocolate circles and set.
