CLASSIC CITRUS SLICE

You will need

Crush the biscuits. You can use a blender for fine crumbs.

Add lemon zest and desiccated coconut.

Pour in milk + condensed milk and mix well.

Press out firmly into lined baking tray. Chill in fridge.

Mix icing sugar, butter, lemon juice and zest.

Spread out over biscuit base. Get it right to the edges.

Use a hot metal spoon to get it nice and smooth.
